Jeffrey Hunter – Supervisory Special Agent at FBI’s Philadelphia Field Office

  • SSA Hunter oversees private sector engagement and strategic partnerships for the FBI’s Philadelphia Division. He previously specialized in complex cyber intrusion investigations, identifying and apprehending international ransomware actors. His hands-on experience and deep understanding of the cyber threat landscape make him a sought-after speaker, frequently called to provide actionable insights to fortify defenses against malicious cyber actors.

Sunni Notani – Supervisory Special Agent at the United States Secret Service’s Philadelphia

  • SA Notani has worked as a Special Agent for The United Secret Service for 22 Years. SA Notani was initially assigned to the New York Field Office (NYFO) for eight (8) years.  During his time in the NYFO Agent Notani specialized in Financial Institution Fraud, Electronic Crimes, Network Intrusions and Social Engineering.   SA Notani was assigned to the Vice-Presidential l Protection Detail (VPD) for six and half years (6 ½).  During his Time on VPD Agent Notani conducted over 20 high profile protection lead advances for the Vice President. Currently SA Notani is a Supervisory Special Agent at the Secret Service’s Philadelphia Field Office. He manages the financial fraud division consisting of 15 Special Agents and is the Program Manager for the Philadelphia Electronic Crimes Task Force.

Reuben Dascalescu  -Senior DevSecOps Engineer

  • Reuben Dascalescu is a seasoned cybersecurity professional with extensive experience in securing critical infrastructure. With a background spanning over a decade in various cybersecurity roles, Reuben has led and mentored teams in threat hunting, incident response, and advanced cybersecurity operations. Currently serving as a Senior DevSecOps Engineer at Lockheed Martin, Reuben integrates cutting-edge security practices into the software development lifecycle, ensuring robust protection for mission-critical systems.Reuben also serves as a Senior Cyberspace Operator for the Pennsylvania Air National Guard, where he plays a pivotal role in global missions, including responding to cyber incidents and leading investigations into large-scale network compromises. As a subject matter expert, he has worked with NATO member nations to strengthen cyber defense strategies for Industrial Control Systems (ICS), focusing on enhancing resilience against emerging cyber threats.Reuben also contributes to cybersecurity training and awareness programs, ensuring that teams are well-prepared for evolving cyber threats. With a proven ability to handle complex cyber incidents and a commitment to continuous improvement, Reuben is dedicated to advancing cybersecurity capabilities and promoting operational excellence across organizations.
