Domain Now Offering SAP Business One
Domain has added SAP Business One to our ERP offerings. SAP, the largest provider of software in the world, traditionally targeted the largest corporations (Fortune 500) in the world. In fact, they pretty much own that space. Now, SAP is bringing their ERP experience into the small to midsize enterprise (SME) market space, which is the market space Domain is in. Domain became an SAP partner to serve clients and prospects that are manufacturers (particularly in the food, chemical, and pharmaceutical industries), distributors, and providers of professional services. New Domain Technology Group, Inc. Logo
As part of an overall marketing plan, Domain Technology Group has redesigned our company logo. The design was created in-house and incorporates a blue color with updated font and graphics. The new logo depicts motion and energy. This energy is applied to provide value to your firm, and it never stops. The new corporate look and feel with be implemented over the next few months including our marketing materials, website, and company stationery.

Domain To Install Sage CRM for Energy Products Accounting Software & Network Overhaul
Energy Products of Broomhall, PA has selected Domain Technology Group to upgrade accounting software and install network hardware. Energy Products distributes commercial grade boilers and other heating system elements.
The project will require Domain Technology Group to upgrade their ACCPAC Pro accounting software to the most recent version. In addition, Domain will implement a Customer Relationship Management (CRM) solution. The accounting and CRM software will be integrated to streamline workflow between departments.
Domain will also perform a complete upgrade of network hardware and operating systems software.
Future plans include using CRM to generate service calls and wirelessly dispatch service technicians. The results of the service call will be returned to the CRM and accounting systems wirelessly.

Domain Technology Group Implements MAS 500 for High Level Non-Profit Accounting Project
Domain Technology Group has been selected to conduct a project for The Community Council for Mental Health and Mental Retardation (CC). CC is a not-for-profit social services provider located in Philadelphia, PA. The Council provides services ranging from hospitalized psychiatric care of patients with extreme disorders, to residential and in-school counseling to people with less severe problems. In many cases CC’s consumers are children. In most cases, patients are not insured.
Community Council’s current method of accounting and capturing data is in need of an overhaul. The manual steps required to collect and verify data is very labor intensive and error prone. Community Council recognized the need for massive change to streamline the collection and validation of data and move into financial applications.
Community Council spoke with several competing firms including as Oracle and SAP regarding IT solutions. After an extensive selection process, Domain Technology Group was selected for the project.
Implementing our solution, the council will capture data at the earliest point of entry. The information will then flow through the system without having to be re-entered. Billing will be simplified and new software guided processes will be implemented to control purchasing.
This is a large project which implements the following software.
- Sage MAS 500 - Accounting and project management software
- Sage FAS - Fixed asset accounting software
- Sage Active Planner - Sophisticated web-based budgeting package
- Sage Advanced Allocations – Generate complex and multi-tiered allocation entries.
- Sage ABRA - Human resources management software
- Sage Payroll Services – Payroll to over 450 employees
- Sage Timesheets – Web-based time & expense collection application
To support the application software listed above, Domain Technology Group will implement four new system servers, online backup service. Community Council was provided with many equipment & software options, each time selecting the highest end choices. Future plans include connecting psychiatric facilities (hospitals) to Community Council’s main office.

Domain Technology Group Organization Change
On January 1, 2005, Reinsel and Company LLP of Wyomissing, and Kuntz Lesher LLP of Lancaster, merged. Also at this time, Domain Technology Group, Inc., merged into the newly formed company, Reinsel Kuntz Lesher LLP. At the time, Domain was partially owned by the partners of Reinsel & Company, and a consolidation made sense from a shared resources perspective.
What we did not consider were the constraints placed upon an IT organization within a CPA firm. IT consulting and software sales are our primary source of revenue and under the current guidelines, our team was unable to provide IT services to clients for whom Reinsel Kuntz Lesher LLP performs attest functions. Because of this, we are highly constricted when offering IT products and services to existing Reinsel clients.
To overcome these constraints, as of September 1, 2006, the Reading based IT Group of Reinsel Kuntz Lesher LLP, will again practice as a separate entity known as Domain Technology Group, Inc. Be assured that you will be served by the same team of IT professionals that are working with you now. Invoices and other correspondence using Domain Technology Group branding will arrive shortly. The physical address and phone numbers will remain the same. Our e-mail addresses will be changed back to a domain-group.com address.
This organization change is designed to require very little action on your part. You will need only to change your vendor and accounts payable information, and your email address list.
Domain will remain highly aligned with the accounting firm Reinsel Kuntz Lesher LLP, and will continue to work with its partners and clients. The Domain team remains firmly committed to serving our current client and prospect base with the highest level of IT products and services.
